African Nova Scotian Art Exhibitions

BANNS is investigating the creation of a series of visual arts exhibitions on selected African Nova Scotian subjects over the next 5 years. Exhibitions will be will be developed on the strength of submissions received.
Standard artists fees paid for selected works

- Youth
- Work traditions
- Lifestyle
- Hip hop culture
- Folk art
- Political experiences
- personalities
- Partying, night-clubbing culture
- Religious culture and traditions
BANNS is also interested in solo exhibition projects by individual artists or artists collectives
Genres: drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, woodcarvings, quilts, installation, video
